Full-Body Fit is a strength, balance, and stretching class that targets major muscle groups to help you sculpt strong, flexible muscles, and excellent balance.
*Mat or soft flooring
*Light, medium, and/or heavy weights (1 - 12 pounds,)
(If you have no weights, you can use soup cans or cartons, milk jugs filled with water or sand, etc).
* Exercise bands (light, medium, and/or heavy resistance) (can buy these inexpensively at Marshall's or TJ Maxx
*A 10-inch Pilates ball, circular cushion, or rolled-up towel helps with leg and glute work
Instructors: Brenda Weiner, MPH, and Michelle LeMay will take turns weekly, teaching this class.

With more than 30 years of experience teaching yoga, dance, fitness, and meditation, Michelle has inspired millions of people and has traveled the world teaching workshops as a spokesperson for NIKE, RYKA, Self Magazine, and Mademoiselle. Michelle has choreographed and hosted more than a dozen videos with stars like Jane Fonda and Cory Everson. Michelle is Co-Founder of Groove Temple, a healthy lifestyle brand producing streaming classes thru the GrooveStream web app.
Brenda Weiner, MPH, has worked in health and fitness for over 26 years. She has a passion to help others live healthier, more joyful lives. Her background is in epidemiology, disease prevention & fitness. She's taught for Bay Clubs, Gold's Gym, Spectrum, Mind Body Soul, South End & West End Clubs. She's certified in personal training, cycling, yoga, Pilates, dance, and kickboxing. She's been a featured trainer on Good Day LA.
